    loud bathroom exhaust fan

The Inn is beautifully decorated for the holidays, making our stay feel like a festive getaway.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was quite loud, which disrupted our sleep.

The pet-friendly aspect is AMAZING! 🐾 Our spacious room had dog treats and comfy bath robes. However, the surrounding area felt a bit intimidating for evening strolls.

    kid-friendly snacks

We loved how the inn's charm made us feel right at home! The nearby park provided a lovely setting for our family outings, and the fudge in the parlor was a delightful surprise for everyone, especially our kids. Super close to Bates College too!

My wife says that a few more kid-friendly snacks would be great.

    spacious room
    comfy accommodations
    pet-friendly amenities
    rough neighborhood
    no breakfast option

I stayed in the King Suite for 3 nights, and it was super spacious and really tidy! Loved the comfy bed and thoughtful touches like slippers and bath robes. The pet-friendly policy was a huge plus. they had dog treats and a water bowl ready for our pup. Plus, the common area had snacks and drinks available 24/7. Just a heads up, the neighborhood felt a bit rough, but the park out front was great for walks.

    dog-friendly atmosphere

    Perfect for dog lovers

The historic house was well-kept and had everything we needed, even dog treats and plush robes in the room. The innkeeper was incredibly helpful, responding to my texts quickly and making us feel right at home.

It wasn’t the cheapest place around but still acceptable.
